Effective date: April 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Adjustibl Inc. collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information in connection with the Adjustibl Inc. website, product, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Adjustibl Inc. is a recordkeeping and transaction-review product for Canadian investors. Because the Services may involve investment records, transaction histories, tax-related calculations, and account-administration information, we treat privacy and confidentiality seriously.

Preferences and local device information may include essential browser cookies used for authentication and security, and local browser storage used for product preferences such as theme settings and certain interface preferences.
Communications and support information may include information you provide when you contact us, request support, submit feedback, or otherwise communicate with us.

Consent
By using the Services, creating an account, signing in, uploading records, or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, subject to any additional consents or notices that may be presented to you from time to time.
Subject to applicable law, you may withdraw consent to certain uses of your personal information on reasonable notice. However, if you withdraw consent to uses that are necessary to operate your account or provide the Services, some or all of the Services may no longer be available to you.
Google Sign-In information
Google Sign-In is currently used to authenticate users and administer account access. When you sign in through Google, we may receive information such as your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image, depending on what Google makes available and what you authorize.
We use Google account information to authenticate you, create, maintain, and secure your Adjustibl Inc. account, verify eligibility for product access where access controls are in place, and communicate with you regarding your account and the Services.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising resale or unrelated third-party marketing purposes.
Cookies, session technologies, and local storage
Adjustibl Inc. uses essential cookies and similar technologies, including session cookies and authentication-state cookies, to support sign-in, session security, and service operation. These cookies are used for core functionality and are not optional if you want to use authenticated parts of the Services.
Adjustibl Inc. also uses local browser storage for limited product-preference purposes, such as remembering certain interface settings.
If you disable cookies or local storage in your browser, some features of the Services may not work properly.
How we disclose personal information
We do not sell personal information.
- to service providers and infrastructure providers that help us host, store, secure, authenticate, support, maintain, and operate the Services;
- to professional advisors, including legal, accounting, audit, insurance, and compliance advisors, where reasonably necessary;
- to regulators, law-enforcement agencies, courts, or other authorities where required or permitted by law;
- in connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections;
- with your direction or consent.
Cross-border processing
Adjustibl Inc. may use service providers and infrastructure located outside your province or outside Canada. As a result, personal information may be stored or processed in other jurisdictions, including the United States.
When personal information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, national security authorities, or regulators in accordance with those laws.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain and operate your account, preserve transaction history and source-record traceability, comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, audit, and risk-management obligations, resolve disputes, investigate incidents, and enforce agreements.
When personal information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to legal or operational retention requirements. Backup copies and disaster-recovery records may persist for a period of time after active information is deleted.
Security safeguards
Adjustibl Inc. uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, modification, or destruction.
These safeguards may include access controls and authentication measures, encrypted transmission of data in transit, encrypted database or storage controls where implemented, logging, monitoring, security review processes, role-based restrictions, and operational controls intended to limit unnecessary access.
No method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, is completely secure. For that reason, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you believe information in your account is inaccurate or incomplete, you should update it or request a correction.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information, request deletion of personal information subject to limitations, withdraw consent to certain processing activities, and request information about our privacy practices.
